General & Mrs. Grant Visit Magnetic Springs

Enjoy mule-drawn wagon tours of Magnetic Springs and meet General Ulysses S. Grant and his wife Julia. Sit in on a round-table discussion. Watch Julia Grant demonstrate riding side saddle and the complexities of women's attire during the Civil War era. There will also be kids activities all day, including crafts and livestock, and food vendors will be on hand. And on Saturday, you'll also be able to listen to the Civil War Band and meet General William Tecumseh Sherman.
